Brian founded IRC Securities in 2008 and is CEO and Chief Compliance Officer. He holds Series 7, 24, 55, 63, 87 and 99 FINRA licenses. Brian has held senior positions in research management, sales, soft dollars and research partnerships at a number of securities firms in the US and the UK, including Pulse Trading, Instinet, CAPIS, eXGEN Securities and Laffer Associates. He has a B.A. in economics from Middlebury College.
Nancy has run finance and operations for IRC for 10 years. She is a licensed CPA in New York state and holds a Series 27 FinOp FINRA license. Nancy has extensive and diverse experience in her field, having held financial management positions at RBC, Hill Thompson and PMI, among other firms. She has an MBA from Adelphi University with concentrations in corporate financial management and investment.
Rosa has been IRC’s bookkeeper and QuickBooks guru for over 10 years. She has worked with a variety of companies in a broad range of industries over her 30-year career. Rosa brings extensive knowledge and experience in accounting and financial management of brokerage and investment research firms. Rosa is a graduate of Kingsboro Community College.
Helen has been a supervisory analyst at IRC since 2011. She holds Series 4, 7, 24, 63 and 87 FINRA licenses. Helen has held senior supervisory roles at several firms, including American Technology Research and Gleacher & Company Securities. Previously, she spent seven years as an equity analyst at Invesco Funds and Robinson Humphrey. Helen holds a B.S. from the University of Arizona and an M.S. in finance from Georgia State University.
John joined IRC Securities in June 2020. He is a supervisory analyst, with a role in business development at the firm. John is a CFA-charterholder with Series 7, 16, 24, 63 and 87 FINRA licenses. He has held senior roles in research management and investor communications at several firms, including LJR, Instinet, Newedge, Altrinsic and M4 Data. John has a B.A. from the University of Cape Town and an M.A. from Oxford University.
Angelica has been registered with IRC Securities since 2014. She holds Series 4, 7, 55 and 63 FINRA licenses. Angelica plays a pivotal role in business development and relationship management at IRC, expanding the research sales platform, marketing and selling equity research to asset managers. She has worked in equity sales and trading for most of her career. Prior to joining IRC, she worked at Nasdaq in electronic trading operations. Angelica holds a B.S. from Fordham University.
Marc has been marketing and selling research for over 20 years. He is CEO of MJ Research, a firm he started in 2006. Marc is an experienced marketing specialist with a demonstrated history of success in the institutional marketplace. He works with both IRC and independent research firms on developing and executing optimal research sales strategies. Previously, Marc worked in sales for MP Research and Mondiale Partners. Marc also served in the US Army from 1985 to 1997.
Randy has been registered with IRC Securities since 2015, where he focuses on sharing ideas from IRC’s research partners to add value and earn client business. Randy holds Series 7, 55 and 63 FINRA licenses. He began his career as a financial consultant at Merrill Lynch, then moved to the institutional side as a senior equity derivatives sales trader at Smith Barney, UBS, Credit Suisse, Jefferies, Oppenheimer and Wedbush. Randy holds a B.S. from Monmouth University.
Michael is the Founder and CEO of Coegil. He has over 25 years of expertise in systematic research and algorithmic execution, having held executive positions at DARPA, UBS, T. Rowe Price, HBK Capital,and Bridgewater Associates. He founded Coegil in 2018 to provide data science on demand, helping users with varying technical skills work meaningfully with their data and turn spreadsheets and other data formats into prediction pipelines. Michael has a degree in theoretical physics from Caltech.
